SIS EGIZ is a community of excellent and creative people. Its connections and networks create new opportunities for organizations that want to take advantage of the development opportunities of exponential technologies in their own development and as part of the projects of the Smart Specialization Strategy of Slovenia.

It strengthens innovation capabilities and the international competitiveness of the Slovenian economy and society. It especially unites the development axis Trieste – Ljubljana – Zagreb – Maribor – Gradec.

It pushes Slovenian companies into “out of the box” thinking and opens the door to the digital economy at home and around the world. It seeks and develops the best potentials for the breakthrough of its members and the wider environment.

The junction is a new model for creating thematic networks and projects around breakthrough technologies that lead to results the fastest. It includes startups, medium and large companies, as well as domestic and research partners. It strengthens innovation capabilities and the international competitiveness of the Slovenian economy and society.
