Projekt IN-4-AHA, katerega del je tudi SIS EGIZ/ SRIP Zdravje – medicina se po dveh letih zaključuje. V tem času smo naleteli na številne priložnosti in izzive povezane s trenutno politično situacijo in okoljem, v katerem delujejo evropski deležniki AHA, zato bi z vami radi delili naše vpoglede, in sicer na zaključni konferenc projekta IN-4-AHA, ki bo potekala 7. decembra v Estoniji in preko spleta.
Na zaključni konferenci se nam lahko pridružite na dva načina: v centru Arvo Pärt v Laulasmai v Estoniji, kjer bo konferenco odprla Dubravka Šuica, podpredsednica Evropske komisije za demokracijo in demografijo, sledil pa bo osrednji govor estonske podpredsednice za inovacije Nele Labi. Druga možnost je, da se nam pridružite preko spleta.
Sledil bo pregled projekta IN-4-AHA, ki ga bo predstavila Piret Hirv, nato pa bo skozi tri seje predstavljeno naše delo v zadnjih dveh letih, s poudarkom na obravnavanih izzivih in rešitvah, ki jih ponuja konzorcij IN-4-AHA ( npr. modeli, analize, priporočila itd.). Dogodek se bo zaključil s panelno razpravo o sedanjosti in prihodnosti aktivnega in zdravega staranja v Evropi. Med konferenco in ob zaključku konference bo kar nekaj priložnosti za mreženje.
Konferenco bo moderirala Tjaša Zajc, ki vodi podcast faces of digital health, mednarodna govorka in zagovornica bolnikov.
